Riddle

A yogi explained me how to sit in a posture and
meditate to find God.
I thought if one finds Him by doing something
then why not by lying or walking I can reach Him.
If all activities are His actions
then why does He not Himself reveal without my efforts.
Does He also appears Himself if I do not do anything?

If it is within my reach, I let all happen by itself.
There is nothing within my reach that is why I remain.
